Reiki energy isn’t limited by time or space; using intention and specific symbols, I connect with your energy field remotely to deliver healing exactly where it’s needed. How It Works
Distance Reiki is completely remote — there’s no need to be on camera, on-screen, or actively participate during the session.
Here’s how it works:

Book your session: Choose the date and time that works best for you.

Set an intention (optional): You can focus on a specific area of healing, a question, or simply allow the energy to flow wherever it’s most needed.

Relax and receive: Find a quiet, comfortable space, and let the energy move through your system.
Before your session, you’ll complete a brief pre-consultation form to share your intentions, areas of focus, and any challenges you’d like to work on. You’re also welcome to set an intention with me directly, whether it’s emotional release, spiritual alignment, physical healing, or clarity in a specific area of your life. Along with this, you’ll receive a “How to Prepare” guide with tips to create a calm, receptive space, ensuring you’re fully ready to receive the energy.
During your session, I connect with your energy field, higher self, spirit guides, and universal life force to deliver healing exactly where it’s needed. I may intuitively scan your chakras, cleanse your aura, release stagnant or blocked energy, remove cords, and clear dense or negative energy. Each session is guided by your highest good — you simply relax in a quiet space, open to receive, and let the energy do the work.
Afterwards, you’ll receive an Aftercare Sheet with guidance to support energy integration, continued healing, and grounding practices, including an intuitive summary of my findings to help you apply the insights and shifts from your session into daily life.
