2. Nature of Services

All services — including:

• Psychic mediumship readings

• Spiritual guidance sessions

• Distance Reiki & energy clearing

• Email guidance / channeled messages

These services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Outcomes are individual, and results cannot be guaranteed.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Sessions are booked via the website, email, or approved booking methods.

• Live sessions may have waiting lists due to high demand. Join the waitlist to be notified when slots open.

• Recorded readings & distance Reiki require preparation and energetic alignment; turnaround time is up to 28 working days (excluding weekends) to ensure quality and intention.

4. Energy Exchange & Payment

• All sessions are considered an energy exchange; your payment reserves Amy’s time, focus, and energetic alignment.

• Prices are listed per session type and are framed as investments in yourself.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Sessions cancelled within 48 hours, or once a session has begun, are fully utilized, and no refunds are available.

• Once a session starts — live, recorded, or distance Reiki — the energetic work has been done and cannot be undone.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• All services are for personal, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

• Amy does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

• Guidance, readings, or messages are provided for insight, clarity, and personal growth only.
